Back from Birmingham

I have returned from the Doctors mini-academy and I'm exhausted. Waaaaaay too tired to offer a meaningful response to five days of laughter and learning and so much more. But it was a joyous experience, hard work, brain-meltingly intense, and utterly inspirational. If somebody gives you the chance to do this shadow scheme or anything similar, grab it with both hands.
