Murder in Marienburg cover art in all its glory

Got an advance copy of my 17th novel the other day. A Murder in Marienburg is my first foray into the Warhammer fantasy universe, but is essentially a police procedural with elves, halflings and sundry monsters among its cast of characters. Above you can see the lush cover art by Jeff L. Johnson, unencumbered by logos, titles or coverlines. According to Jeff's website, he was asked for an homage to Rembrandt's Abraham and Isaac set in the medieval world of Warhammer, with the sublime angel replaced by a murderous giant ninja beast. Nice work if you can get it! Mr Johnson is officially a star in my [metaphorical] book, as well as on the front of my [actual] book. Take a bow, Mr J.
